The nature of Royal Asscher Diamonds is always natural and non-treated as guaranteed by the tests made by leading international diamond grading laboratories. The management of Royal Asscher Diamond Company Ltd. in Amsterdam, The Netherlands can unconditionally confirm and guarantee that this natural diamond is mined in environmentally acceptable ways.
All Royal Asscher Diamonds are cut and polished under working conditions which are socially accepted and are monitored by the company.

Diamonds according to the Kimberley process
The Kimberley process is organized by the World Diamond Council ,consisting out of the Diamond industry, national governments and non governmental organizations. The purpose of the Kimberley process is to ascertain that all rough diamonds imported in the participating countries are of non-conflict origin. The export of these diamonds, from the mines where they are found , is under strict government control. Imports can only be made if the diamonds have a recognized “Kimberley certificate” issued by the official authorities.
All Royal Asscher Diamonds originate from legal diamonds sources operating under the guidelines of the World Diamond Council and the Kimberley process. Royal Asscher does not buy any rough diamonds of which the origin is uncertain.
The Royal Asscher Diamonds can be worn in the full knowledge that these diamonds do not only bring happiness and beauty to those who wear them but also prosperity to all who are involved in mining, polishing and manufacturing these diamonds.
キンバリー・プロセスに従ったダイヤモンド
キンバリー・プロセスは、ダイヤモンド産業、各国政府、NGO（非営利組織）からなる、ワールド・ダイヤモンド・カウンシルによって、決められました。キンバリー・プロセスの目的は、この制度の参加国で輸入されるすべてのダイヤモンド原石が、ノン・コンフリクト・ダイヤモンドであることを確認することにあります。ダイヤモンドの輸出は、発見された鉱山の段階から、参加国政府の厳格な管理下にあります。ダイヤモンドは公認の「キンバリー証明書」が添付されていることが確認されてはじめて、輸入が認められます。
ロイヤル・アッシャー社のすべてのダイヤモンドは、ワールド・ダイヤモンド・カウンシルとキンバリー・プロセスのガイドラインに従っている合法的な供給元からの原石をカット、研磨しています。ロイヤル・アッシャー社は、その出所が確定出来ない原石は、一切使用しておりません。ロイヤル・アッシャー・ダイヤモンドは、身につける人に幸福感とその美しさを提供するとともに、鉱山、研磨そして生産過程に関わったすべての人たちにも幸せをもたらすダイヤモンドであります。

キンバリー・プロセスとは、ダイヤモンドの国際認証制度の事で、世界各地の紛争およびテロの資金源になっているダイヤモンド（コンフリクト・ダイヤモンド）の不正取引を阻止するための制度です。日本では、2003年1月よりこの制度が導入され、ダイヤモンド原石の輸出入ともに、キンバリープロセス証明書（紛争ダイヤモンド非該当証明書）が必要となりました。
ダイヤモンド研磨石についても業界の自主規制により、原石に準じた扱いとなっております。
